Okay, everyone has been saying to wait until he's in office and judge Barack Obama by what he actually does. (Well, not everybody, but people with good sense.) Insofar as I could, I have been doing that. So, he's in office, and he's done something. He issued an order regarding the way that the
Freedom of Information Act is to be administered by his government.
It is an absolute masterpiece of clarity.
"In the presence of doubt, openness will prevail."
How's that for keeping a promise? Is that
"change we can believe in"?
