Today is the 49th American birthday of our American president. Apparently I am in a minority for holding that opinion. Well, actually it isn’t an opinion, it is a provable and proven fact. Morons.
Am I engaging in hyperbole to say that the sun is shining a little more brightly in California today without Proposition 8? Perhaps so, but I am still happy with that ruling. It has been said that the ruling is a “slap in the face to California voters.” My response to that is that California voters frequently need a slap in the face, and/or a swift kick in the ass.
The next thing we need to do is get these idiots to start voting “yes” on tax propositions and “no” on spending propositions.
I’m not in the habit of bashing Republicans, but Sharon Angle of Nevada really is an idiot. She actually makes Michele Bachmann look intelligent, and I am astounded that such a thing is even possible.
Here we go again with the idiot quarterback who has most recently been playing for the Vikings. Last night the big news was that he is retiring, which would make his third retirement. Not so fast, today he says he will play this season “if he’s healthy.” What I want to know is when do we get to see him weeping like a six year old again?
And, for what it’s worth, I don’t think that we need to amend any of our constitutional amendments. There might be some logic to the position regarding the issue of babies and legality of presence in this country, but we had that discussion and covered that issue in 1866-1868, and we do not need to revisit it.
Yes, you do bash Republicans, predictably. Of course, you also bash incumbents, of all ilk, so you're not terribly one-sided.
ReplyDeleteThe idiot QB never said he was retiring, it was alleged that he said it to his teammates. Yeah yeah, it's probably a strategic leakage of (mis)information or something. Quibble quibble. I'll believe it when I see him playing golf during the 2010 NFL season.
Nothing much to say on the other ones.
