Regular unleaded is at $3.97 per gallon at Waring Road 7/11 today. It will average over $4.00 by Monday throughout the city, and is already over that in Mission Valley.

I guess I should feel lucky. Nothng over 3.47 here yet. Filled up Sunday night for 3.12 and considered it a good deal.
$3.89 here today, up slightly from a few days ago
